Great customer service!!!

Great customer service! Had visited the westfield stratford city store around 4 times and each time i had visited, a product that was on display had been out of stock each time. Once i had mentioned to staff that i had been out of luck at the product is never in stock, the manager had given me the display product free of charge. Great customer service and the staff are always happy, polite and very helpful whenever i vist making it a pleasureful experience.

Discrimination against Brick & Pieces Customers…

It appears to me that Lego started to discriminate customers who purchase Bricks & Pieces from the company. The company policy is to deliver Lego complete sets within 3-5 business day but 13-18 business days for Bricks & Pieces purchases. I noticed today that the delivery time lately even extends unreasonably long to 5-7 weeks for the Brick & Pieces transactions without delivery alteration to complete set purchases. I suspected that the company in fact does not want to do the Brick & Pieces business as it involves more manpower and time during the process. If this is the reason, I suggest Lego discontinues the Brick & Pieces business and just focuses on selling complete sets.

So so customer service.

1. Boxes got damaged when arrived. No insulation whatsoever.
2. Waited for 50 minutes to talk to an agent.
3. Bought a damaged box (final sale) to have extra points, not worth it. The set got the wrong 2x2 round brick. Out of stock online. Replacement brick order got canceled. Store manager said it was the as-is item; no help could provide.

Disappointed

I bought the Lunar Lander and found that there were eight missing pieces. They were all the same and when I tried to reorder them Lego said they could not, and would cancel any other orders placed with the number. I messaged them 3 weeks ago about it no response. They said their response time was 11 days this is not the case. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

4 weeks later no item and no customer service. Unrelated to Brexit!

Ordered replacement parts and some missing pieces from some kits before Brexit. They still have not been despatched. The order number gives an error on their website. You cannot contact customer services by phone and the web chat is disabled. I enquiring where my parts were by email 10 days ago and no reply.
and an update.
after posting this review I received this
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
I'm sorry for the late response. We're currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, but we're trying really hard to get back to everyone as soon as possible - thanks for bearing with us. :)
I also want to apologize for the delay in dispatch of your order. We are currently experience long delays in our Bricks & Pieces warehouse due to the number of orders coming in so your order hasn't been picked just yet. However by the looks of it this order should be picked for you and shipping out super soon. As soon as it leaves the warehouse we will send along a shipment confirmation email and from there these should be with you in 7-10 working days.
I hope this helps and thank you for your patience with us during these incredibly busy times. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if there is anything else we can help out with. Have a great day!!
We want to make sure we're doing a good job for you, so you’ll always find the link to a four-question survey in our emails. Please tell us how we did today:
Unfortunately for replacement bricks you have little choice but would recommend to go elsewhere to purchase full kits etc. as there service is non existant.

Trying to actually get a delivery date…

Trying to actually get a delivery date or email changed ! What on earth is going on everything seems to be blamed on uk leaving European union or covid 19. You can't answer an email or phone call, what chance have we got with the terrible customer service or lack off ! Been sat waiting on a phone now for 40 mins and still no answer. Emailed over week and half a go - no answer. I know with covid everyone is suffering but just an answer would suffice. Very disappointed and as a family of Lego mad followers I do believe the love affairs is starting to wane. Maybe I might get a reply if I post this on here! Or maybe lepin might be the new option !

Horrible customer service and shipping!

Horrible customer service and shipping! It took 4 weeks to ship and now its "int ransit for almost two weeks". No response to emails, no customer service! Bullh1t from a company that profits over a billion each year. MY kid is 9 and slowly loosing interest in legos ad more into electronics. I was going to get him into techniques, but now now! I'll pay more for the actual electronic kits with better theory and hands on. Fk lego!

Damaging our environment

I receive free plastic cards promoting LEGO from my local supermarket (Sainsburys). These cards are unsolicited marketing materials for LEGO products.
LEGO said they are fully recyclable but when I asked which waste bins to put them in, LEGO wouldn't answer. Of course, plastic items like this end up in landfill.
I receive about 5 packs of four cards every time I have a grocery delivery. Each is in plastic packaging. If you consider this happening all across the country you can estimate the scale of the ecological impact.
When I asked LEGO about his, I was redirected to the supermarket distributing them, but they are promotional materials for LEGO.
I love LEGO toys, but this company is not nice to the environment.
